As I did not have any bridal party, Emcee Bean and his AV took the initiative to ensure sound and visual were all in place and worked together with my solemniser.

Popular dates (year-end D&D season, Saturday weddings) book 3-6 months ahead. For corporate events, 1-3 months is typical. The sooner you reach out, the more likely your preferred date is available.
